Children and parents learn about the eventful history from a farming and fishing village to an industrial location while walking on the Kirchmöser industrial nature trail in Brandenburg an der Havel. Families begin their tour of the Kirchmöser industrial trail at the north gate of the former Royal Prussian powder factory. Two circular routes, 4 km and 14 km long, lead through the industrial site, which is embedded in the beautiful lake landscape of the Brandenburg region.
The children and parents walk past architecturally interesting buildings. Information boards provide background information about the buildings and production facilities.
One of the 15 stations on the Kirchmöser industrial trail is the 65 meter high water tower.
