Cannero Riviera is a municipality on Lake Maggiore in the Italian province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola on the edge of Piedmont. The place is built on the alluvial cone of the river Rio di Cannero. Cannero Riviera is preceded by two islets, the Castelli di Cannero. The municipality is exactly south-facing and lies on the delta of the Rio Cannero.
