The Reformed Church in Nufenen in the Rheinwald is a Protestant-Reformed church under the monument protection of the canton of Graubünden. It has been a preaching church since the Reformation was adopted around 1530, as evidenced by the glass window in the choir with a verse by Martin Luther.
From around 1300 to 1696, Nufenen and Hinterrhein formed an ecclesiastical unit before Nufenen became independent in 1874. After that both villages went together again.
