Saint-Jean-de-Luz is located in a beautiful bay and we were looking forward to strolling through the streets. We were here in 2016 and were absolutely thrilled at the time. Today (on a Sunday in early October) the streets and the many restaurants were unexpectedly packed and pushing the bikes through the crowds wasn't too much fun.
