The 18 meter high Hedwig Tower was built at the suggestion of the local Westerwald association. The tower is named after Hedwig Weber, a patron of the association. The open steel construction is reminiscent of a hexagonal basalt column. The tower is located right next to the Bad Marienberg wildlife park.

As you can see on picture 4, the cross of the forest church has been rebuilt after being destroyed by vandals a few days earlier. It is incomprehensible how and why people (idiots?) Can "satisfy" themselves with such destruction.
