At the (permanent) construction site at Europaplatz, access to the cycle path to Würselen is closed; a detour via Jülicher Straße is signposted.
A stop at the San Marco ice cream parlor in Würselen is highly recommended.
Weather permitting, you can watch the gliders and recreational aircraft at Aachen-Merzbrück Airport.
Another option is the Weiden Forester's Lodge in the city …
