February 22, 2025,Hanskühnenburg (HWN 144) Runde 🧊❄️🥶😎🥾💪
I've been wanting to go back to Hanskühnenburg for a long time and Micha needed to break in his new shoes🥾
So we set off from Stieglitzeck via Reitstieg, where there was everything: lots of ice, snow, mud, rubble... It was quite adventurous at times 😱
The return leg via Ackerstrasse was almost boring in comparison 😂
But all in …

Hagen just jumped up and down on the Hanskuehnenburg 🤣

Today we did a circular hike from the "Stieglitzecke" car park to the Hanskuehnenburg. We went over "the field" and back over the Reitstieg. Conclusion: the way there was ok, on the way back it was difficult to walk, sticky snow. The snow landscape was very beautiful, but today we had 0 visibility 😒.

A pack must have been patrolling here for several days or weeks. However, unlike our last hike here about four weeks ago, we found no really fresh droppings. The pack may …

Today I hiked from the Stieglitzecke parking lot to Hanskühnenburg Castle along a well-maintained forest path, with the last 500 meters having a 19% gradient. 😅
Once there, I had a little refreshment 😋
The way back is definitely the more scenic and challenging route 👍. Good, sturdy footwear is recommended 🥾🥾
I'll definitely do it on my mountain bike …
