High altitude sounds promising, but in reality it doesn't offer any distant views. But the path on the slope above the lake and along the Delme with the many native trees is eventful. And these views from the shady forest into the bright green meadow landscape are always beautiful.

The Große Höhe is simply a beautiful hiking area and since the tour mainly leads through the forest, it is nice and shady and easy to walk even in summer.
