Today we went to the Tannheimer Valley to the Christmas market at Vilsalpsee. Thanks @AllgäuWolperdinger and @Allgäu-Wiesele for the reminder 😉.

The small but lovely Christmas market is definitely worth a visit. The stalls sell culinary delicacies and beautiful goods. There is also quiet (!) music in the background.

Before we leave, we hike up to Vilsalpsee again.
The hot air balloons are rising again in Tannheim. The festival lasts until January 26th.
The Vilsalpsee now has a 17 cm thick layer of ice. Nevertheless, the edges and tributaries are still partly open🤔
We say goodbye to the beautiful Tannheimer Valley and are back home after a three-hour drive.
