Today we walked along the Ölschnitz to the Entenmühle (Entenmühle) because we were hoping for roast lamb or fresh trout. Roast lamb isn't likely during the week. But the walk was still worth it. The trout was freshly slaughtered and prepared. Simply divine. 😎
