I love the fog and its wild, romantic atmosphere. In that respect, I could have stayed at Lake Constance today. But hiking in the Black Forest is also a passion of mine. The dark forests, the deep valleys - fantastic. That's why I got on the RE2 at 6:43 a.m. this morning and got off again in Hausach.

Brandenkopf from Hausach train station is a worthwhile round. Immediately steeply up to the Spitzfelsen, one of the few mountains with a summit cross in the Black Forest. Continue along the red diamonds from the interesting Westweg up to the Brandenkopf at 946m.

The fog was wafting in the Shire,
when a hiker suddenly disappeared from it.

Into the valley, a stream, a mountain,

The sun warmed my neck,
so the mountain could be grasped magnificently.

I hiked through wonderful moss,
