Perfect autumn day for the Kaiserrunde around the Kaiser Mountains. Unfortunately, there is a lot of asphalt and a bit of walking along the road, but there is no other way. The magnificent landscape makes up for it.

The kids preferred to chill out in the well-equipped holiday apartment with its Wi-Fi. So my better half and I rented e-bikes and took a nice ride around the Wilder Kaiser. I missed my road bike a bit; braking at speeds above 25 km/h takes some getting used to. But otherwise, it was great fun.
