A Sunday loop on the lower reaches of the Franconian Saale from the mouth in Gemünden to Hammelburg, from there further via Unter- and Obereschenbach over to the Wern valley, on the Werntalradweg from Gössenheim to Wernfeld and to the mouth of the river in the Main, and finally to the latter along back to Gemünden.
