Today we went on a very nice hike with my son to the Kame viewpoint and the Schwarzatalblick. Afterwards we had a snack at the Preilipper Kuppe (great view of Rudolstadt and the surrounding area) and then back over the Kulm observation tower with a great view. Finally, a quick trip to the playground right near the tower.

This morning @Tobias G and I spontaneously agreed to go on a hike to the Preilipper Kuppe and Kulm. We wanted to make the most of the nice weather. Unfortunately the Kulmberghaus was closed. So we had beer and pizza afterwards in the Waldkasino.
Nice route! It was fun. 👋🏻
