With 10 KM a nice little round for in between on good paths. The Ducksteinquelle area is very nicely laid out.

Today a nice hike near Northeim. undertook.
Huer also has a small hut near a spring.
The route runs very well. Just a small incline halfway through. 👍

A nice rest stop at the Duckstein spring. As a geologist, however, I don't entirely agree with the information board. There are two types of tuff rock: what we find here at the spring is so-called calcareous tufa, a secondary sedimentary rock formed in conjunction with organic material.
