The temple was built in the 14th century as a chapel for a hospital and hospice for the sick and poor, located outside the city walls. It is a hall church, single-nave, built on a rectangular plan, with clearly visible decorative elements made of profiled brick. After World War II, the building was destroyed, and its reconstruction and renovation were carried out to restore its former splendor.
