Pine Tree Arch

Highlight • Natural Monument

Pine Tree Arch is accessed via a short trail off of the main Devils Garden trail about .2 miles from the parking lot. This beautiful shaded arch is amazing way to begin or end your day at the Devils Garden. This same will trail also take you to Tunnel Arch; the fact that you are able to see two arches just minutes away from the trailhead speaks to the uniqueness of this area at the north end of Arches National Park.

Devil's Garden Trail to Landscape Arch

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

This popular portion of the Devils Garden trail takes you to the iconic Landscape Arch from the Devils Garden parking lot. Including Landscape Arch, you have the opportunity to see three arches along this trail if you take the spur trails down to Tunnel and Pine Tree Arches. Until you reach the Landscape Arch view-point, the trail is primarily hard packed gravel, generally flat, easy to follow, and affords amazing views and photo opportunities in the Devils Garden area.

Landscape Arch

Highlight • Natural Monument

Landscape Arch, one of the largest archs on the planet, stretches 3 feet longer than Zion National Park’s Kolob Arch. Though visitors can't walk directly under it due to its fragility, Devil's Garden Primative Trail Loop leads to a perfect viewpoint framed by the blue sky. Over the centuries, large pieces of the arch, some the size of cars, have fallen off. Getting here early is best, as this is a popular feature, and the lookout points can get crowded during peak hours of peak seasons.

On this section of the Devils Garden trail, just past Landscape Arch, there is a slickrock ramp that you need to ascend. Although it looks intimidating, trust the rubber on your hiking boots and take smaller, rather than larger, steps. When going down the ramp, don't be afraid to slide down on your butt! When you reach the top of this fun section of hiking, there is an option to hike to Navajo and Partition Arches.

Navajo Arch

Highlight • Natural Monument

Navajo Arch is just a short scrambe-ly hike up a trail from the main Devils Garden trail. This amazing, thick arch is at ground level, making for great photo opportunities. It is also very close to Partition Arch (accessed via the same trail from the main Devils Garden trail before a split), which is well worth the visit too.

Partition Arch

Highlight • Natural Monument

Partition Arch is a short distance up some slickrock from the main Devils Garden trail. It is a picturesque window-like arch that is on the same fin as a the famous Landscape Arch. It parallel to Navajo Arch, which is very close by and worth visiting as well.
