Today we went on two very different routes, including to Giverny, where the Impressionist Claude Monet spent his final years, painted his famous water lilies, and created a beautiful garden. We explored the garden along with hundreds of other tourists—we had the short hike all to ourselves.

Tour is from the Normandy guide published by Michael Müller Verlag. Some paths are overgrown with plants. This tour is only suitable for people who are sure-footed and are not afraid of ticks in tall grass. The reward is some very beautiful views.
