A meditative bike ride along the Canal des Voges. Not much variety, but beautiful and plenty of shade, which is very pleasant at 30 degrees Celsius. The ride through Golbey and Épinal was less pleasant. Unlike Lyon and Strasbourg, there don't seem to be any bike paths within the city.

5th stage, 1st part, on the way to Lyon. Very nice tour, many locks along the canal just so you notice the difference in height. Signage very good. Recommended.
