A very nice alternative to the most frequently used/walked path on the east side of Lago Bianco. The path on the west side is a bit "wilder", but still easy to ride.

Beautiful tour to my post of the 2nd stage on the Bernina Pass, on Lago Bianco. More than 200 riders have cycled the route I completed (and an additional loop at the Lagalp). Some super trails over roots and stones, through streams and over a short snow field. Simply terrific.

Today we drove to Lago di Bianco. From there we started to circle the lake clockwise. Then we went slightly downhill on beautiful trails and forest paths. The Bernina Express often invites you to take pictures. Great route. Shortly before the Morteratsch Valley there is a great S0 single trail, almost like a roller coaster. Once we arrived in the …

There is not much to write about this tour. It's almost a MUST. Anyone who has already vacationed in the region has certainly had this tour on their "to do list". We were amazed that there were relatively few people on the route today. The only sticking point is definitely the short and steep ascent from Morteratsch. The way back …

Due to a mismanipulation, I saved the tour on the Bernina Pass. This is the sequel, or the end of today's tour. 1st part and report at: komoot.de/tour/1290593636?ref=avs&share_token=aNQ8ZLrTXUHiBFRmDkoeHf42X0mD6TceVvZpUZonjGw5T9lRzn

From the Bernina Pass, a flowing trail leads you into a bike trail into the valley. Before Pontresina you have several options to go back. Due to the late evening hour, we chose a very direct one. Of course there are more varied ones.

Great tour, up to the Bernina Pass and then down the well-known trail, I'm also the steeper trail down to Morteratsch for lunch…. Then up to the glacier, it was fun🚵🏻‍♀️🚵🏻‍♂️😀. Passenger has minor injuries after falling in a curve ... 🤷🏼. Will be back by tomorrow….
