I am truly amazed by the beauty of the Casentino beech forests; these 'perfect' woods and with a varied network of paths, well maintained and with good route indications.

Nice hike. The climb through Prato alla Penna was challenging. Absolute silence and not a single animal or bird 🐦 made a sound! Strange!! 🤔 Only the sound of the water interrupted the absolute silence!!! We looked for the sequoias. We couldn't find them!
