Brother Fire – Reflection Point on the Franciscan Trail

Second Reinbach Waterfall

The first waterfall of the Reinbach Cascade is reachable after about a 20-minute hike from the parking lot. The path there is wide, easy to walk, and runs along the Francis Contemplation Trail, which has several stations inviting you to reflect.

At the waterfall itself, there is a viewing point from which you can enjoy the cascading water and the surrounding nature. Particularly noteworthy is the "Sister Water" contemplation point, a modern representation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus that reminds us of the spiritual significance of water.

This section of the hike is easy, also suitable for families, and offers a first impressive glimpse of the power of the Reinbach Waterfalls.

Very pleasant walk, feasible for everyone. Started on a nearby lawn (free parking). A lot of people, but the waterfalls are worth it. Not a little water coming down, but 3 full body waterfalls. The third is nothing short of spectacular. The way down via the zipline. I'm not a big hero at heights, but this was fun. Humming here …

Very easy but highly suggestive route. The three waterfalls are a show, however, you must wear a cape to protect yourself from the damp dust that rises from the water. It is also possible to reach the starting point of the visitor trail by bicycle starting from Brunico. There are 20 km of comfortable cycle path.

Nice trail through alpine forest to observe the three Riva waterfalls. The descent can be done by a wide path that goes straight down to the entrance. The track is made from the SandGold campsite so you can shave a couple of good kilometres off the track.

A wonderful hiking trail, sometimes gnarled and paved with stone slabs, leads up to the Toblhof farm. Moss-covered rocks line much of the way. The tranquility is only interrupted by the water rushing down the gorge. We actually wanted to take the zip line down, but unfortunately, it's not operating on Mondays in September.
