A designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and National Nature Reserve, Whitbarrow Scar is a stunning hill known for its incredible limestone. Its grassy slopes are covered in woodland and impressive rocky cliffs, which were formed in the last Ice Age. The hill is 705 feet (215 m) at its highest point.
