In perfect hiking weather, we hiked from Fjordgård to Hesten. First through a birch "forest," then steeper to the saddle between Hesten and Staveltippen. We have almost gotten used to the sights of the fjords. The view from the top of Hesten on Segla, which rises like a wedge between Mefjorden and Ørnfjorden, gives the whole thing a new perspective.
