Vardøhus Fortress

Vardø is the easternmost city in Norway and can be reached through a 3 km long tunnel under the Barents Sea. Here is a. the northernmost fortress and a (very impressive) witch memorial. The radomes, which can be seen from afar, also serve (!) Civilian purposes to find space junk. But they are also used by the USA.
