There is probably nothing left of the historic Grundner farm today - the stable building here seems to be of a recent date and does not contain anything special. The demolished courtyard is interesting in two respects: On the one hand, the "giant" Thomas Hasler, the tallest Bavarian man known in the documentation (body length 2.35 m), came from it. On the other hand, the well-known physicist Max Planck persistently spent his summer holidays here for more than 58 years (from 1885-1943). A plaque at the courtyard entrance commemorates the latter.
