Country roads through the sand, narrow forest paths and hidden hiking trails between heathland and fields. Walking on the Lutterzand is so much more than the spectacular Dinkeloevers. Dog Elsa and I had a lovely walk in the shade and occasionally caught some sun. And Elsa even took a big dip in the Dinkel.

Lutterzand is a nature reserve in the Netherlands. We first walked a bit along the Dinkel. Then came the heath with juniper. Very beautiful area. We were a bit late and the heath had faded, but it is still worth seeing. Next year it will bloom again 😀
