Until now, I only knew the Hils as a wonderful hiking area, but you can also explore interesting paths there by bike. You shouldn't be afraid of heavy splashes of mud, though. The numerous views in all directions make up for the sometimes arduous paths - especially in the northern part at the Feuerschneisenhütte.

High to the Horst and via Bohlberg to the Hilskamm: after 800 m tree trunk over the path, impassable by bike 🤦🏻
Back to the Horst, down to the hook and up the castle grounds. From then on tour as planned 😇
