Last Friday Belén and I went out to explore more of the wonderful region of Castellón by bike, here in Spain. We got lucky with the weather and started a route Belén designed for a quick, fun yet challenging day ride. Kitted out with fork-packs on my Outback, I carried lunch, whilst Belén ironed out the route as we went.
