Sham Castle is a folly built for Ralph Allen to improve the views from his house in Bath. It was built in 1762.
The castle has great views across Bath and is visited on the wonderful Bath Skyline walk.

From this point you can run through the gate and across the golf course towards the uni or continue in either direction on the circular Bath Skyline route across Bathampton Down. The running is great in any direction with nice grassy trails and great views over the city.

The Mole Hill

The coffee cart is found in a field just off the Bath Skyline walk near the popular Rainbow Woods. Grab a coffee and a cake and take it for a stroll or sit and enjoy it on one of the hay bales provided as seating.
It's normally open weekends from 10:00 - 16:00 but is a bit weather dependent so don't absolutely bank on it.
