Trzebuskie Łęgi Lakeside Shelter

Highlight • Rest Area

It is a sailing corner, but because it is also accessible from land, there are more cyclists here than water sportsmen. The corner is called "Trzebuskie Łęgi"

Catamaran wreck on Lake Dąbie

Highlight • Structure

The wreck of the catamaran is located near the marina in Lubczyna on Lake Dąbie (the lake itself lies within the borders of Szczecin and is the fourth largest lake in Poland).
The vessel belonged to Jacek Kwiatkowski, a sailor and social activist particularly known to the local community. His story was described years ago by the Szczecin media. Today, few remember it. "The catamaran of the Szczecin sailor Jacek Kwiatkowski has been stuck on a shoal near Lubczyna for over a year. The man lost the work of his life, became homeless," described "Głos Szczeciński" in the summer of 2011.
As Jacek Kwiatkowski told journalists at the time, he invested all his savings in building the catamaran, also sold his apartment, and the vessel became his home. Interestingly, the catamaran was simultaneously an ecological laboratory where he wanted to conduct social educational activities. The sailor was supposed to use the free mooring in the nearby marina, but as the newspaper described, at some point he was asked to pay and despite declarations of settling the bills, Kwiatkowski was ordered to leave the port. When he appeared at the marina after several days of absence, the vessel was gone. "The Floating Ecological Laboratory (...) was kidnapped and destroyed by ill-wishers," wrote another regional daily "Kurier Szczeciński". The drifting catamaran ran aground and stands there to this day. It was almost immediately plundered and stripped of its equipment. Jacek Kwiatkowski never recovered the vessel. The sailor died in 2018.

Lubczyna Marina

Highlight • Rest Area

Yacht port and marina. Lubczyna is the base of the sailing section of the Goleniów Youth Sports House. There is a rental shop for water equipment next to it. Before World War II, ships of the white fleet sailed from Lubczyna to Szczecin and Stepnica. Currently, the kayaking route of the Meandry Iny runs from Goleniów Ina to the Odra, then through Lake Dąbie to Lubczyna.
The marina is open to tourists. There are numerous rest areas in the area in the form of shelters and benches.
There are several catering and shopping points by the beach.

Kolovo - Beech Forest

Highlight • Settlement

A picturesque settlement in the heart of the Bukowa Forest. In the village itself there are two ponds with piers and a historic church from the end of the 19th century. It is characterized by a microclimate characterized by strong winds, a vegetation period shorter by two weeks than on the outskirts of the Bukowa Forest, and the longest persistence of snow cover.
