From Wiartel to Ruciane is a nightmare, not a route. I would rather ride a 29' with a wide tire because the route is impassable or churned up by tractors from logging. To Ruciane via Szeroki Bór, don't push into the forest. Well, unless for a photo with heather, nothing else.
