Pine Lake

Highlight • Lake

The Kiefernsee hides a different view and light conditions from all sides. If you leave the gravel pit nearby except for Art, then it is very quiet here.

The Teverener Heide impresses with a changing picture of heath, moor and forest. Visitors will also find numerous lakes there that were created by the mining of sand and clay …

So, just a quick recap:
We went to the heath. The flowers were sparse.
It was still beautiful! ☺️

A beautiful tour through the heath with many lakes between Germany and Holland 🌞🥾👍

A few weeks ago a friend asked if I would like to hike through the Teverener Heide. He would have hiked a little through it last year but would like to do a longer tour there because he liked the terrain so much.
I have to say the long journey was worth it.

Showing Translation

On Thursday we went to the Teverener Heide and up to Gangelt in the best weather. There was a lot to see again.

Have fun with the pictures and descriptions 😊.

On Saturday we went to the Teverener Heide in great weather, through the "Rode Beek-Heringsbosch nature reserve" to Gangelt and back again.

In addition to plenty of mosses, there was also a lot of water, both next to and on the paths 😅.
