Went there by train from Corte. Highly recommended as the route goes beautifully through the mountains. Unfortunately the stay was too short. You should plan more time to see all the sights

Arrival in Ajaccio, Corsica, France.
Ajaccio, the island's capital, is much bigger than Porto Torres on Sardinia.
The big ships dock here, but don't seem so huge compared to the city and the mountains.
Ajaccio almost overwhelmed me emotionally with its Christmas hustle and bustle.
