A very nice round. We had July, 34 degrees. Challenging but doable. Everyone should have 1.5 liters of water with them. 70-75% of the tour in the shade. Rivers and streams dried up around this time. At the beginning, after about 20 minutes, take the small shortcut marked black on the route.

Don't be fooled at the start and finish for this beautiful shaded hike most of the way.
Be wary all the same of sometimes steep and slippery stones which may deserve medium or high upper shoes, if your ankles are fragile!
