Today, I'm riding my eco-friendly mountain bike ;) along the former South Harz Railway line to Braunlage.
The route is no longer fully accessible in Wieda, but otherwise it's a beautiful route.

The Kaiserweg is pretty rough in places. Be careful.
Café Forellenteich is really recommended. The way back went along the old railway line of the former South Harz Railway. Beautiful route.
