The Rheinaue Friemersheim is a nature reserve on the left bank of the Rhine. Over a distance of six kilometers, the Rheinaue meadows combine orchards with old varieties, other areas used for ecological and agricultural purposes, an old arm of the Rhine and the banks of the Rhine, and offer a home to many plants and animals that are worthy of protection.
