The scenery is beautiful, but it is very steep in places and in the forest there are narrow hiking trails for a few hundred metres or only suitable for mountain bikes. Unfortunately we didn't find anywhere nice to stop for a bite to eat. There are several restaurants on the market square in Weinheim, but they didn't appeal to us.
