Redbrook Gravel Path

Highlight (Segment) • Cycleway

A gravel continuation of the Wye Valley Railway path that gets you off the main road for a few km before dropping you off at the pub and the railway bridge.

Really pleasant. Bigger tyres recommended but doable on 28s.

Redbrook Railway Bridge and Footbridge

Highlight • Historical Site

This is quite a dilapidated metal railway bridge dating from 1876 but it is in a really exceptional beautiful location. The bridge was closed to railway traffic in 1964 but has been kept open because of the footbridge. It is also a grade 2 listed building.

Old railway bridge with stunning views over the Wye. Be sure to dismount when crossing the bridge.

Llandogo–Catbrook Climb

Highlight • Trail

I must've come down a different way because I remember this being super steep through the hairpin. I guess not, it's actually just a slow burner that never ramps up once you're in the trees. Still a pretty rough surface although nothing on the Priory climb across the falls.
