There are always such bridges along the Kocher. Some of these footbridges are over 100 years old and of historical importance!

A very charming old town with many beautiful alleys and old, well-kept and restored half-timbered houses. It is very idyllic along the Kocher river.

I probably don't have to say anything about how beautiful Schwäbisch Hall is. Here you can easily walk through the city and look at the old town

Schwäbisch Hall is a very beautiful town with many half-timbered houses. Leaving town, we went to Comburg Monastery, an impressive complex. Unfortunately, the first tour wasn't until 11 a.m., but we didn't want to wait 45 minutes. After that, the path was hilly at first before becoming flat and easy to navigate towards Aalen (Kocher Jagst Cycle Path). Shortly before …

Tip: Aalener Spionle - only real from Aalen, a dream wrapped in chocolate and filled with nut-nougat cream 😊 After the purchase, we set off with a lot of headwind for the whole day until we arrived in Schwäbisch Hall in the evening . The day's stage was sweetened by the delicious Aalener Spionle 😄

On the second day of our tour, we set off from the Hotel Wilder Mann in Wasseralfingen towards Laufen. We drove through the towns of Hüttlingen, Niederalfingen, and Abtsgmünd. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the church in Abtsgmünd; it was Sunday morning and a service was in progress 🙏🤷🏼
In Wöllstein, the steep climb to the St. James Chapel, a stop …

Should actually be a relaxed round from the length, but in the last third ramp after ramp, the hotel was about 200 m above the old town of Schw. Hall. The old town was overcrowded, so we could still eat decently at the Greek restaurant.

Today we set off from Aalen in wonderful weather! We always cycled on cycle paths...sometimes along the road! We saw some really beautiful places...sometimes it was steeply uphill...then downhill again! Great scenery and we had a wonderful feeling of well-being! The cycle path almost always went along the Kocher...which was very brown from the flood! Schwäbischhall is a pretty place...there …
