Nice lap in the morning ☀️🏃 The goal was to 7km in 0530 and the second half to 0600, midfoot with less pressure on the calf and second round forefoot with technique exercises...everything felt pretty loose and good, no problems and I was whole easy on the pace 👍 Great lap, no problems but Watzi still has to wait for …
