Südpark Landau and the Water Garden

The Landau State Garden Show took place in 2015 on the former barracks site “Caserne Estienne et Foch”. French troops used to be stationed here. In 1999 the troop left the premises and building complexes and 300 hectares of land are now accessible to everyone and are visited by many people. Unfortunately, the former beautiful site, also known as the green lung, is being built up more and more, unfortunately. Only a small piece remains undeveloped.
