A break from hiking today, as @Karsten wanted to hit some trails on the bikes. Not been on the bike for about six months, so eased ourselves back in to it gently with a 43km ride out!!! the last 6km were brutal . I had nothing left in the tank and each rotation felt like I was going in reverse. …
