Pont du Gard millennium olive tree

Highlight • Natural Monument

In February 1956 almost all olive trees in Provence froze, so these old trees were "re-imported" from Spain. It was worth it, nice subject.

July 15, 2024,Nîmes pont du Gard retour par la Torte à Colias
Short bike ride, gravel minimum, some passages are very stony and steep to do on foot otherwise nice ride, for the end, after Poulx, I took the road but the return by the paths is possible. A nice climb on the Chemin de la Torte in Collias which is entirely doable with the right development.
