Great tour, especially the first section down the cliffs to Mosteiros is awesome.

Partly steep and narrow.
In a few places you shouldn't be afraid of heights.

Therefore, the hike here also has some requirements. Sure-footedness and good physical condition are required.

The place below, Mosteiros, is quite nice. Here you can also go swimming in some piscinas (seawater pools).

Very cool thing. From zero to 500 meters in altitude. Because so d the Alps a joke. Very great steep slopes and fabulous cliffs made of volcanic rock. I really liked it, I can only recommend it.

We combined two suggested tours and enjoyed! The initial climb from Monasteiros on a concete road is rather boring. The path on the steep cliff is exciting. Good boots needed, walking stick can help. The MTB downhill is hilarious even if sneak through as a hiker
