I didn't know this part of the Lake Constance cycle path because some people said that the area wasn't nearly as beautiful as the German north bank. Not true! It's different but also really beautiful. A lot of it was over dams and nature reserves. Lots of views of the lake even though some paths were closed due to flooding. …

Unfortunately, we only made it to the Altenrheindelta. We raced back from Salzmann, outrunning the rain. We'll make up for the Fussacherrheindelta later. Unfortunately, the Komot tour stopped at the lake stage. But it was a really nice tour.
