My gym organized a bike tour. I think this is my first real group ride (apart from various Critical Masses). Two guys from Dextro Energen brought gels, chews, and bars as merchandise. And so we roll through the region's scenic delights on 25 bikes.

Today, the Sportmühle team went to the Hilden City Cycling event. 24 cyclists cycled through Benrath to the Rhine. Via Urdenbach, they went to the Kämpe River, Baumberg, and then on to Monheim. With a few stops, they then returned to Hilden via Richrath.
