With its 1432 meters and spectacular view in all directions, this is not to be missed if you want to go hiking. The path that starts at the intersection Rjukanvegen/Varlandsvegen is the best place to start, and gives you a hike of around 3,7km with 460m of elevation. Not a very long climb, but a somewhat steep one. You often see families with kids take this route.

I got the recommendation from a local to go hiking on Bossnuten, as we are camping at Møsvatnet in Norway. It was really worth following this recommendation.
