Best holiday weather, so small tour to Cottbus. Surprisingly little gastronomy is open, unfortunately the days are very short now, so only short tours. As always, we had fun and thought wistfully of the past season. We'll probably have to slow down a bit. Too bad, but after the season is before the season.

Today a bike tour from the Cottbus sports center along the Spree. Wonderful Fahhradstrasse on the flooding dam with old trees and then on over fields and meadows to the Spremberger dam with a campsite, sailing club ... very nice round. Back often the same but very nice cycle path with a detour to the Pücklerpark Branitz with the same …

The circular route by bike, partly very hilly on very well-developed bike paths, is a lot of fun and does not pose too great a challenge for the cyclists.
The Spremberg dam, also known as the Spremberg reservoir, is located between Cottbus and Spremberg as a dam on the Spree and forms the Spremberg dam nature reserve with the surrounding …

1st bike tour of 2024. When the weather is great, get out on the bike. Cycle....small reservoir loop to Cottbus Zoo. Great 👌, it can continue like this.

Grateful to be able to get started again 3 weeks after my cycling accident. Good weather, relatively varied, nice young people out and about. And finally a short swim in the lake at the end of summer.

Good day,
Dobry dźeń!

Saturday morning, we only have one more stage to go until we reach our halfway point. (Halfway means: we've completed half of the Spree cycle path)

From Spremberg to Cottbus.
If my friend is still in the mood, we'll cycle a little further to Cottbus to do a few more kilometers. (

Today we're doing our 5th tour around Cottbus and are absolutely thrilled with the truly great bike paths! The Lusatian administration deserves a star, bravo!
The route takes us to the Madlower Badesee (Lake Madlow) and then on to the first monument, the large mill. Not spectacular, but nice that something like this is being preserved. The Kutzeberger Mühle (Mill) …

This tour is strenuous for cyclists without an e-bike, as it often involves long uphill stretches.
