Glen Almond West to East Gravel Route

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

Steep tarmac initially, then the rest more mellow hardpack gravel (apart from a few hundred metres in the middle where it gets a bit grassy). Perfect gravel bike terrain.

The Paper Boat Café

Highlight • Viewpoint

Currently closed over the winter of 2022-2023. It's been a quality and successful cafe so hopefully re-opening in the spring.

Very scenic. Various car parking areas are nearby so a useful start/finish location. And of course, there's the Tamouth Courtyard restaurant and village shop just north up the road

Glen Quaich / Kenmore Hill Climb

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

Quaich Top is a steep climb up to 530 meters (1,738 ft) but all your effort is rewarded with expansive views over the surrounding landscape. A quaich is known as Scotland's cup of friendship. It plays an important role in Scottish culture as it has been used for centuries to offer a welcome drink at gatherings and family occasions.
